These classes use professional Pilates equipment like the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. Excellent for precision, alignment, and building strength with support or resistance.

These sessions combine traditional mat Pilates with the Tower, which incorporates springs and bars to add gentle resistance and support. It’s an ideal bridge between mat-only and full-apparatus work—great for refining technique, improving alignment, and building strength safely.

Accessible. Foundational. Bodyweight-focused.

These classes are done on the mat using minimal props (e.g., rings, balls, bands). Great for core strength, posture, and flexibility. Ideal for beginners or those looking to deepen their Pilates fundamentals.
